This policy explains how OTTSupplier handles information when you use ottsupplier.tv, its account and reseller tools, customer support, and optional Google integrations.

Information we process

We process information you provide, such as account and contact details, order or activation information, support messages, and attachments. We also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, session cookies, service activity, and security logs needed to operate the website.

Google services and authorized data

When an authorized website administrator connects Google services, OTTSupplier uses the permissions granted by that administrator to access website ownership information, Search Console performance reports (including search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and average positions), and Google Analytics property, stream, and aggregate usage information. Where authorized, the integration can verify website ownership, register a Search Console property, and configure Analytics properties or web streams.

This information supports the website's SEO dashboard, performance comparisons, connection setup, and saved ranking history. OAuth tokens are stored on the server to maintain the authorized connection. Report results may be cached, and daily average-position history may be stored in the website database. OTTSupplier does not receive your Google account password.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide requested services, manage accounts and orders, answer support requests, show website performance reports, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse. Authorized administrators and support staff may access information needed for these tasks. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the service; Google, and Meta or WhatsApp when those features are used, process information under their own policies. Disclosures may also be required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

We do not sell personal information. Google user data is used for the disclosed integration features, not for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or training generalized artificial intelligence models. OTTSupplier's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Cookies, retention, and security

Session cookies support sign-in and website functionality. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to measure website usage; you can manage cookies through your browser. Information is retained for the service, reporting history, support, security, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the type of record. We use access controls and transport encryption; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information through our support contact below. To disconnect Google access, visit Google Account connections and remove the application's access. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not automatically delete previously stored reports. Contact us to request deletion of stored integration data and credentials, subject to records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

International processing and updates

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change; the effective date identifies the current version.
