Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ottsupplier.tv and the OTTSupplier account, reseller, website management, reporting, and support tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and authorization

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details confidential. Use only accounts, websites, properties, content, and integrations that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully and respect third-party rights and applicable provider rules. Do not use it for fraud, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, distribution of unlawful content, or interference with other users or systems. Do not upload malicious software, attempt to obtain other users' credentials, or bypass access controls.

Orders and third-party services

Service descriptions, prices, activation conditions, and any cancellation or refund terms presented for a particular order form part of that order. Review them before purchasing and contact support if anything is unclear. Third-party services and integrations remain subject to their providers' terms. Availability and features can depend on those providers and circumstances outside OTTSupplier's control.

Google integrations and reports

Connecting Google services authorizes OTTSupplier to perform the integration functions covered by the permissions you grant, such as website verification, Search Console reporting, and Analytics configuration or reporting. Only connect properties you are entitled to manage. You may revoke the connection through Google Account connections.

SEO and analytics reports depend on data supplied by Google and may be delayed, incomplete, cached, or unavailable. Search positions are averages, not guaranteed live rankings. OTTSupplier does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, or third-party approval.

Your content and privacy

You retain the rights you hold in information and content you submit. You authorize the processing needed to provide the features you request and confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit that information. Our Privacy Policy explains data access, use, storage, sharing, and privacy requests.

Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, update, or change features and may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and request account closure or deletion through support. Obligations related to existing orders, lawful record retention, and unresolved disputes may continue. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
